Purpose
Integral Corporate Functions (GCF) is the fast-moving, award-winning technology engine that powers Scotiabank’s Corporate, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets businesses.
The Role
RRAE Team within GCF is searching for Senior Technical Business Analyst to liaison between business stakeholders and internal engineering and architect teams, ensuring solutions are developed and delivered on time, efficiently and with high quality for various projects within GCF.
The successful candidate will have a results-oriented and curious mindset with strong technical skills. You will work closely with cross functional teams, including engineers, solutions architects, and business teams to develop and implement market leading solutions that are scalable and deliver excellence,



and value to our business partners and customers.
Accountabilities
- Lead discussions and demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
- Lead medium to large size changes/ projects.
- Support production issues and handle escalations during Release cycles as needed.
- Strong analysis and investigation skills to determine root cause for ah hoc requests and summarize findings.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream operational teams to ensure issues and operational changes are properly communicated to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver Technical Specification Documents, Design Documents, Use Cases, and Process Models as required.
