- Provide end-to-end technical support for residential and C&I; energy storage systems in Colombia, covering pre-sales solution design and post-sales technical support.
- Work closely with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer and project requirements, develop ESS system configurations, and support technical discussions throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including system diagrams, BOMs, and basic technical calculations.
- Support system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, primarily through remote technical support and coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure system solutions and technical support activities comply with Colombian electrical standards and grid connection requirements.
- Act as a technical interface between customers, installers, and internal product, R&D;,



and service teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, pre-sales engineering, or system engineering within solar, ESS, or power electronics industries.
- Familiarity with Colombian electrical standards and grid connection requirements (or strong learning capability).
- Ability to read and prepare single-line diagrams, system layouts, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional integral teams.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
