**About the Role**
We are looking for a detail-oriented **AP Specialist** to support our accounting team and ensure accurate, timely financial operations.
**What You’ll Do**
- Handle **Accounts Payable paperwork and documentation**
- Review invoices and create bills in **QuickBooks Online (QBO)**
- Assist with **commission reports**
- Support the accounting team with administrative and accounting tasks
**What You Bring**
- **1+ year of experience** in accounting or AP roles
- Experience handling **U.S. Accounts Payable (required)**
- **Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is a plus**
- Experience with **QuickBooks Online (QBO)**
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and reconciliation skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
