**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Market Expansion: Proactively identify and penetrate new industries, including finance, insurance, health care, and software development, focusing on global EOR services.
- Lead Generation: Independently source and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to account management.
- Client Education: Clearly articulate the value of global EOR solutions, addressing industry-specific needs and pain points.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- **Salary**: $ 7.000.000 to 9.000.000 COP
