**Customer Service Representative (Hybrid - Medellín)**
We’re ClearNexus, a company growing fast and looking for passionate Customer Service Representatives who want to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
**What you’ll do**:
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Accurately document interactions and follow internal processes
**What we’re looking for**:
- Advanced English level (B2+ or higher)
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located in Medellín and open to occasional on-site work
