We are seeking a **highly motivated Outside Sales Representative** to establish and grow partnerships with architects in the area. This role is perfect for a proactive sales professional who excels at building relationships and identifying collaboration opportunities in the landscaping and construction industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively reach out to architects to introduce our landscaping and construction services.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects to generate consistent business partnerships.
- Educate architects on how our services complement their designs and enhance project outcomes.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations to showcase our company’s capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for architects, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Develop strategic sales approaches to increase partnership conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and partnership progress in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position our company effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- Self-driven and highly organized with the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of architectural workflows and how landscaping/construction fits into projects is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation for in-person meetings with architects.
