**Our client, a U.S.based law firm specializing in Employment Law and Personal Injury cases, is seeking top-tier talent to join their team as an Intake Specialist.**
**Available Work Schedules (On-site - Colombia)**
- **Monday to Friday**: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST
- **Sunday to Thursday**: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of **1 year of experience** in Personal Injury (PI) or working at a PI law firm.
- Strong **communication and customer service** skills.
- Ability to handle a **high volume of calls** and work with **emotionally sensitive clients**.
- **English proficiency at B2+ level**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients.
- Conduct **detailed intake interviews** to gather essential case information (accident details, injuries, insurance information,
etc.).
- **Pre‑qualify clients** to assess case viability before moving forward.
- Maintain a **professional, empathetic, and service‑oriented attitude** at all times.
- Convert incoming calls into **signed clients** by following the firm’s internal protocols.
