About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented AP Specialist to support our accounting team and ensure accurate, timely financial operations.

What You’ll Do

Handle Accounts Payable paperwork and documentation

Review invoices and create bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Assist with commission reports

Support the accounting team with administrative and accounting tasks

What You Bring

1+ year of experience in accounting or AP roles

Experience handling U.S. Accounts Payable (required)

Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is a plus

Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Strong attention to detail, organization, and reconciliation skills

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
