About the Role:
We are looking for a **Call Center Representative** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or confirm information as needed
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers preferred but not required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
