**Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator (Remote - Colombia)**

**About the Role**

This position plays a key role in coordinating export logistics, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across our global supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**
- Communicate directly with customers and sales representatives to ensure satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage order placement, tracking, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with vendors, review and approve vendor bills, and handle claims or discrepancies.

**Logistics**
- Coordinate bookings with freight forwarders and steamship lines.
- Prepare and submit AES/ITN filings and shipping instructions.
- Manage inland transportation and export documentation.
- Negotiate freight rates and monitor billing accuracy.
- Ensure complete and accurate communication between customers, freight partners, and internal teams.

**Qualifications**
- Must be **currently based in Colombia** and legally authorized to work there.
- Fluent in **English and Spanish** (written and spoken).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in logistics,



export coordination, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently under U.S. business hours (EST).

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Annual Salary**: USD $24,000 per year plus performance-based bonuses.
- **Payment Schedule**: Monthly, at the end of each month.
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (8-hour workday plus one-hour not paid lunch).
- **Paid Time Off**:

- After 90 days: 2 paid sick days.
- After 6 months: 3 paid personal days.
- After 1 year: 1 week (5 business days) of paid vacation.
- Vacation increases to 10 days after 2 years and 15 days after 5 years.
- **Holidays**: Observes all official Colombian national holidays.
