We are currently seeking an **Account Payables Specialist** to join our team. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment while handling key responsibilities like payroll processing, collections, and data entry. You’ll be part of a team that values communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail!

**Education**:

- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred or related experience or a combiantion of both.

**Software Knowledge**:

- **ADP** (experienced)
- **Workforce Now** (ADP)
- **QuickBooks** (experienced)

**Hard Skills**:

- **Excel** (Intermediate to Advanced Level)
- **Word**Proficient
- **Outlook**Proficient




- **Data Entry**Proficient
- Payroll/Accounts Payable (experienced)
- **Collections Experience**

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong **Communication** skills
- Excellent **Analytical Thinking**:

- High **Attention to Detail**:

- **Problem Solving** skills
- **Customer Service** experience
- **Adaptability** in fast-paced environments
- Ability to thrive under **Deadline Pressure**

**Experience in the Role**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

**Language Proficiency**:

- **English Level**: B2 - C1.
