We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst / ServiceNow Senior Systems Administrator to join our Medellín office. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, system integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise IT service management (ITSM).

The idóneo candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency and business process automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Platform Administration

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules as applicable).

Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, forms, reports, dashboards, and custom applications.

Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and availability.
