About the Role
- Lead global strategic accounts with critical impact on the business.
- Define the long-term commercial strategy for the account or customer cluster, aligned with the company’s global plan.
- Make decisions regarding pricing, commercial conditions, and new business development.
- Represent the company before general clients, ensuring high-level relationships and the development of joint projects.
- Supervise and guide intermediate or junior executives, promoting knowledge transfer and the development of commercial capabilities within the team.
- Comprehensive management of key accounts: manage digital and/or international clients, understanding their operations, portfolio,
and purchasing processes to offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and monitor growth plans for each client based on market analysis, profitability, potential, and projections for the assigned portfolio.
- Propose new business opportunities, innovations, and joint projects that strengthen the commercial relationship and increase the company’s presence within the account.
- Coordinate with internal areas (Quality, Customer Integration, Supply Chain, Development, Finance) to ensure effective implementation of projects and contracts.
- Establish pricing conditions, contracts, margins, and commercial positions that ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Manage information and performance analysis: prepare reports on results, margins, volumes, and profitability by account, aligned with the Commercial Management Model.
