How you'll make an impact
- Supporting strategic and transformation initiatives across the business.
- Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and technology enablement.
- Tracking the impact of transformation initiatives and identifying risks.
- Preparing insights, materials, and updates for senior stakeholders.




- Developing enablement materials to support consistent implementation.
- Contributing to the regional AI transformation agenda through use case identification, pilots, and iterative rollouts.

About you
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or transformation roles.
- A practical mindset for technology-enabled solutions, including data, automation, AI, and digital tools.
- Strong project management and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
- The ability to analyze processes, develop business cases, and measure results.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating complex issues in simple terms.
