POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Manager is responsible for developing and executing statewide sales strategies across both Retail and On‑Premise channels to expand Still Austin’s market presence, drive sustainable volume growth, and strengthen brand advocacy throughout the assigned state.
This role oversees distributor partnerships, market execution, team development, key account strategy, and financial performance while serving as a primary liaison between Still Austin, distributor partners, and key customers.
