Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm PST)
Salary: $4800 - $5500 per month

About The Role




We're redefining pest control — creating safe, effective, and science-backed solutions that protect homes without harsh chemicals. We're part of eJam Inc., a rapidly growing consumer products incubator that builds and scales category‑leading brands in eCommerce, retail, and Amazon.
We're looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Manager – Pest Control to lead the creation, formulation, and production of our next generation of pest defense products. The idóneo candidate has hands‑on experience developing or sourcing pest control formulations—especially EPA 25(b) exempt products—and has worked directly with formulators, contract manufacturers, or brands in the pest control industry.
This position can be remote and may be based inside or outside of the United States. However, it requires regular travel to manufacturing facilities, testing labs, and suppliers for product development, trials, and production oversight.
