**Legal Assistant (Remote - Colombia)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients.
- Conduct initial intake calls and consultations using provided scripts and firm-approved language.
- Provide legal information (not legal advice) about the firm’s services to potential clients.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up calls in coordination with the Firm’s attorneys.




- Maintain accurate and organized client intake records.
- Communicate with potential clients in both English and Spanish as needed.
- Ensure every client or potential client receives timely, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Assist with other intake-related administrative tasks as assigned.

**Education & Experience**:

- Law degree strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in client intake, customer service, or legal assistance preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, required.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfort using technology tools such as Google Workspace, case management systems, and VoIP phone systems.
