We’re seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to connect with leads, schedule appointments, and gather valuable client feedback to support the success of our agricultural programs. In this role, you’ll handle phone outreach to engage new leads, collect surveys from program participants, and track data to measure progress. Over time, you’ll grow from setting appointments to managing full sales conversations independently, becoming a key contributor to our team’s success.
What You’ll Do:
- Contact leads to schedule appointments and follow up with participants to gather feedback.
- Track data to measure program achievements and provide insights for growth.
- Represent our brand as the voice of CAIC, building strong connections with the agricultural community.
Who You Are:
- Excellent communicator with strong English skills and a passion for customer service.
- Reliable, goal-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Charismatic, service-oriented, and naturally inspires action in others.
- A team player who values collaboration and flexibility.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years working with U.S.based businesses in a remote customer service or sales role, or experience in a call center environment.
