This time, we are partnering with a general leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. **WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- ** Deal Structuring and Analysis**: Lead complex deal structuring, analysis, and approval, ensuring alignment with company goals and pricing strategies.
- ** Pricing Strategy**: Create and implement pricing models that support company objectives while staying competitive.
- ** Sales Support**: Collaborate with sales to guide deal structuring, pricing, and contract terms, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- ** Contract Management**: Oversee contract negotiations and execution, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- ** Process Optimization**: Continuously improve processes, tools,



and systems for better efficiency.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and Sales for smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**: Track and report daily metrics on sales flow, profitability, and customer experience.
- ** Managing and Development**: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of deal desk analysts.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or finance role within a high-velocity SaaS company.
- Proven track record of leading and managing deal desk teams and processes or related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM and deal management tools, such as Salesforce, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and revenue recognition principles.
- Meticulous attention to detail in deal structuring, pricing, and contract management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide sales team members toward achieving their goals.
- Strong customer-centric approach, ensuring that deals are structured to meet customer needs while aligning with company objectives.
- Ability to think strategically and develop pricing and deal strategies that support long-term company goals
