Senior SDET
We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Senior SDET) to play a critical role in building and scaling quality across a large, modern technology platform. This role requires strong technical depth in test automation and API testing, with the ability to assume performance testing responsibilities as needed based on team and platform priorities. The successful candidate will balance hands‑on execution with leadership, mentoring, and the ability to influence quality practices across teams.
The idóneo candidate has hands‑on experience with an enterprise‑grade quality engineering tool stack, is comfortable operating in a cloud‑native microservices environment, and demonstrates accountability beyond execution by driving improvements, standards, and adoption of best practices across automation and performance testing disciplines. This position requires strong coding capability and the ability to develop and maintain automation code in one or more modern languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Kotlin, Rust, or similar.
Key Responsibilities




- Partner with teams across the platform to identify key user flows for end‑to‑end testing
- Design and implement cross‑platform end‑to‑end automated tests covering backend services, frontend applications (web and mobile), and asynchronous data flows
- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks by resolving issues and implementing new capabilities
- Evaluate and apply tools and approaches that improve day‑to‑day test automation effectiveness, including mock services, CI/CD integration, and AI‑assisted tooling

Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software development
- Demonstrated experience operating as a Senior SDET in modern software development environments
- Strong programming skills and the ability to develop and maintain automation code in one or more modern languages such as JavaScript, TypeScr
