We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting / Finance Specialist based in Medellín, Colombia, to support our logistics and transportation (3PL) operations. This role ensures accurate financial records, GAAP-compliant reporting, and smooth collaboration with operations in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and post payments
- Support month-end close activities
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Prepare financials and supporting documentation for CPA review
- Partner with operations to ensure financial accuracy across logistics activity

Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Knowledge of 3PL and transportation operations
- Experience with WMS systems
- Ability to reconcile bank statements and post payments
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting
