**Vice President of Revenue**
**Location**: Medellín, Colombia (Remote with local presence as needed)

Roads Consulting Group (RCG) is a dynamic consulting firm dedicated to empowering small businesses with operational support and strategic solutions. Our services include bookkeeping, web development, offshore recruitment, grant and bid writing, digital marketing, tax audits, legal and insurance audits, and business coaching.
We have recently launched an innovative e-learning platform offering over 100 courses at accessible rates, designed for entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners seeking practical, independent learning opportunities. Our clientele includes small business owners, entrepreneurs, and referrals from CDFIs and organizations supporting small businesses.
**Role Overview**:
**Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, and experience in the U.S. market and government sales is a significant advantage.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to secure contracts with private and corporate clients.
- Drive sales of RCG’s consulting services and e-learning platform to entrepreneurs and organizations.
- Build and oversee a scalable sales infrastructure, including CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a small team, including two Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Leverage existing networks and develop new partnerships, particularly in the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with CDFIs and other organizations supporting small businesses to secure referrals and leads.
- Develop targeted strategies to promote RCG’s e-learning platform.
- Understand and communicate the value of independent learning to small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Maintain accountability for measurable outcomes, including revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in government sectors, leveraging knowledge of procurement processes and requirements.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, focusing on the U.S. market.
- Expertise in selling educational courses or training programs, particularly for independent learning platforms.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with a task-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in sales to government entities is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
**Compensation**:
Base salary of 8-10 million COP monthly, plus commissions based on performance.
