**Who We Are**
**The Opportunity**
Seeking a creative, strategic, and analytical Marketing Director to own and grow Urban Insight’s marketing function working under the Director of Client Development and alongside the CEO and COO. The role includes defining and executing strategies and tactics to increase marketing qualified leads and the rate at which existing leads are converted into clients. Strategic and tactical, the Marketing Director will formally establish the marketing function, working as a marketing team of one with support from a cross-functional team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Awareness & Consistency** - Develop and maintain our brand strategy, messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and sales deliverables to enhance brand visibility, recognition, and alignment with the company’s mission.
- **Integrated Campaigns & Funnels** - Create messaging and successfully plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns (across all channels) and establish key B2B funnels to increase MQLs and achieve conversion goals or other business objectives.

- Using Hubspot and other available tools, provide detailed analysis and reports on conversion metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to recommend investment in marketing activities.
**Success Metrics**:
- In your first 3 months_
- Become an expert in the Urban Insight brand, success stories, services, audience and current and previous marketing initiatives.
- Conduct an assessment and gap analysis of Urban Insight’s current marketing efforts.
- Working with our CEO, COO and Director of Client Development, deliver marketing strategy with prioritized marketing activities and a tactical plan.
- Establish and report on key metrics that drive our growth.
- By the end of 2026_
- Increase MQLs of 260+.
- Support sales meeting goal of $1.5mm of net new business.
- Support account management meeting goal of $1.2mm of new business from existing accounts.
**Location & Availability**
This position is available for fully remote work to individuals outside of the U.S. Minimum of 4 hours overlap with 9am - 6pm Pacific Time required.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience leading B2B Professional Services marketing for the U.S. market (i.e. Web Design & Development, Marketing Agency or Consulting Firm to nonprofits and for profits).
- Minimum CEFR C1 level with English (ideally C2).
- Extensive experience with AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency, and in implementing AI into workflows.
- Demonstrated success growing MQLs and providing a strong ROI across all channels.
- Demonstrated success supporting MQL to SQL conversion.
- Experience creating digital assets for marketing campaigns, such as graphics, written copy, social posts.
- Experience both leading strategy and executing independently on a marketing team of one.
- Strong data analysis and prioritization skills.
- Highly motivated and tenacious personality.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Apollo, and Reply.io is a plus.

**Compensation**
We offer a highly competitive salary, which depends on your qualifications and experience. Our salary package includes:
- Total annual compensation: $9,000,000-13,000,000 COP per month (full-time, paid as contractor)
- Paid time off (15 days increasing to 20 after four years)
- Holiday time off (~10 days per year)
- An annual customized training plan
- Performance and compensation reviews annually
