We are looking for motivated and organized individuals with strong English communication skills and at least 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other sourcing platforms to build talent pipelines
- Track sourcing metrics and recruiting activity
- Support recruiting and administrative tasks tied to active openings

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience required
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and sourcing platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working during U.S. business hours
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Background
- Experience recruiting for construction, manufacturing, industrial, logistics,



or skilled trade roles
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting workflows
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
