**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee account projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with client expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts and ongoing projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and products to provide the best possible advice and support to clients.

**Minimum requirements**:
- **Studies**:Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: At least 1 or 2 year of experience as a account manager
- **Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
**Perks**:
- **Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,** following the American Calendar.
