The Support Heroes: We offer outsourcing customer support services for Shopify Apps developers, and we are currently looking for Support Heroes to join our team.
We are offering a week schedule when you work for 4 days of the week and rest the remaining 3 days.
Location: Working from home.
- Major Responsibilities:
- Create Articles or documentation for the apps when required.
- Assist with training activities when onboarding new team members.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English at least 80%, excellent writing skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Basic HTML and CSS basic knowledge are preferred but not required
- A computer and a good internet connection are required.
- Experience in customer service is not required, but a plus.
- Experience in Shopify is not required,
but a plus.
- Strong desire to learn.

**Salary**: $3,000,000 - $3,700,000 per month
**English Test 45 minutes.**
