**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the recruitment team, providing guidance and ongoing support in best recruitment practices.
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to employee onboarding.
- Implement innovative recruitment programs and processes, utilizing technologies and data analytics.
- Collaborate with leaders from other areas to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive talent acquisition plans.
- Ensure fairness and diversity in selection and hiring processes.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies according to market demands.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment management systems (ATS), LinkedIn platforms, and other talent management tools.
