About The Role The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected.

We’re looking for a Corporate Governance Legal Counsel to ensure the organisation complies with relevant legislation and regulation, and keep board members informed of their legal responsibilities. What You'll Be Doing
- Providing autonomous, expert governance support to supervisory and management bodies and their committees
- Preparing agendas and the circulation of meeting packs, participating in meetings and drafting minutes, and capturing and tracking action items
- Influencing and communicating effectively at the executive level to ensure good local governance, and ensuring alignment of processes across the group
