Responsibilities




We are seeking a Senior Director of Portfolio Delivery & Account Delivery to lead and oversee a broad portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional programs within our organization's insurance domain. This senior leader will manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports (primarily program and project managers) and assume end-to-end responsibility for delivering complex application development initiatives at enterprise scale. In this high-impact role, you will drive the adoption of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and agile transformation practices across programs, ensuring operational excellence, on‑time delivery, and alignment with strategic business objectives.
