- Administer and manage Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) , including identity governance, access policies, and directory services.





You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Systems Administration, or related senior-level roles .
- Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) , including identity governance, access management, and directory services.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms for device configuration, security compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Defender for threat detection, response, and security monitoring.
- Proven experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting VPN infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of system integrations and API‑based connectivity across IT ecosystems.
- Experience managing corporate email infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms from an IT administration perspective.
