Job Description:
The Senior Business Analyst, FP&A; Insights & Analytics plays a critical role in transforming financial data into actionable business insights. This role focuses on optimizing planning, forecasting, and reporting processes and developing advanced analytics solutions through Power BI and other visualization tools. The analyst collaborates closely with FP&A;, Operations, and Technology to ensure the delivery of reliable data, scalable models, and impactful reporting aligned with business strategy.
Finance Insights & Reporting
- Own the development of executive-level dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
- Support leadership with insights for performance, trends, and operational metrics.
- Translate complex findings into business-ready insights.

Data Governance & Quality Assurance
- Establish validation rules, reconciliation processes, and metadata governance.
