Key Responsibilities

- Reinforce provider‑directed care instructions in both languages within clinical scope (no diagnosing, no prescribing)
- Coordinate comprehensive cardiac care for patients managing Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and related conditions
- Act as a bilingual liaison between Spanish‑speaking patients and the English‑speaking clinical team — closing communication gaps with empathy and precision
AI‑Supported Clinical Documentation & Workflow Efficiency
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA‑compliant patient records using EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Athena, Kareo, SimplePractice)
- Use AI‑powered documentation tools to structure clinical notes, organize records, and reduce manual data entry burden
- Support billing documentation
