As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting local businesses with our loyal readership through effective print and digital advertising solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business owners, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the success of their advertising campaigns. - Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and key decision-makers.




- Identify and prospect new business leads within the local community through various outreach methods.
- Develop creative and effective advertising strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of local businesses, utilizing our print and digital offerings.
- Present advertising proposals and solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring their advertising campaigns are successful and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
