**Monday to Friday**:9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (some days from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and others from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

**Saturdays**:9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Two days off per week, which may or may not be consecutive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to customers with their online purchases, effectively resolving questions and problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear and detailed solutions.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a high level of service and meet objectives.

**Requirements**:
**- C1 level of English.**
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different situations efficiently.
- Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
