**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update financial records using Xero accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and manage addition of new vendors as they arise
- Query resolution relating to invoices with Finance Manager and heads of department
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Handle payroll processing and related tasks.
- Manage employee expense claims ensuring they are aligned with policy
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures.
- Provide support during audits.
