**Factory Quality Manager - San Cristobal**

**_ Location: San Cristobal_**

**Objective**:
Is in the factory the guardian of food safety and compliance and the challenger of all functions to drive Nestlé Continuous Excellence in the pursuit of zero defect as the essential base for maintaining consumer trust and preference.

**A day as Factory Quality Manager**
- **
People and know-how**: Develop and maintain competences and quality awareness, and commitment to zero defect in the factory.
- ** Quality System**: Setup, manage, enforce and maintain the Nestlé Quality Management System as well as establishing the Operating Quality Manual.
- ** Laboratory methods and practices**: Ensure the correct functioning of the factory laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of equipment and training of technicians.
- ** Hygiene**: Ensure adherence to good hygienic practices in the factory. Ensure the correct implementation and supervision of the factory pest management program.
- ** Quality auditing and verification**:



Manage the internal auditing program, assessing the performance of the quality system, reporting its effectiveness to the management and proposing actions for improvement.
- ** Safety, Health and Environment**: Support actions and procedures for training, information and participation of its employees in the activities of SHE, helping the achievement of goals and objectives of the management system. Understand, implement and enforce regulations regarding SHE staff under his charge and areas of responsibility.

**What makes yoy successful**
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry, industrial engineer or food science)
- Demonstrated capability to lead a team.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position managing laboratory, continuous improvement and quality systems.
- Intermediate English
- Food and/or beverage industry experience.
- Problem Solving
- Results driven
