We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Marketing Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, partner acquisition, and user growth across integral markets. You will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that support business expansion and strengthen our presence in the fintech and trading ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead initiatives to attract traders, affiliates, and strategic partners
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Collaborate with business development, sales, and operations teams




- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and marketing channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics
- Oversee content, branding, and communication strategies
- Track KPIs and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI
- Maintain accurate reporting of marketing activities and results

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development roles
- Strong communication skills in English (professional level)
- Strategic and data‑driven mindset with strong execution ability
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and performance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, analytics platforms, etc.)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage
