**We seek Recruiters to work in the Medellín office**, Hands on the full recruitment cycle for various technical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and networking to attract top talent while promoting our employer brand. We're looking for a motivated and adaptable individual, eager to learn and keep pace with technological developments.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from Human Resources, psychology or any HR career field is preferred.
- ** Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish is a must)**:





- ** Experience doing the full cycle recruitment process for all operations, managerial and IT positions.**:

- Proven experience handling recruitment channels and tools, including calls, referrals, pipeline creation, Boolean searches, use of ATS, job boards, with experience using strategic social networks.
