**What You’ll Do**:
- Provide **technical support** to our clients.
- Troubleshoot **hardware, software, and network** issues.
- Document and resolve technical inquiries **efficiently and effectively**.
- Assist with **security protocols and system updates**.
- Point of Sale experience is a plus.
**What We Need**:
- Be Pro-Active,

- A self-starter who is eager to take on projects.
- Proficiency in **English**:
- Proven experience in **IT support, help desk, or technical assistance**.
- Familiarity with **CRM Ticket systems**and cloud-based tools.
- Strong **problem-solving and communication** skills.
- Ability to work **independently and collaboratively** in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of basic **networking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting best practices**.
