As a Scientific Writing Team Lead you will lead and support scientific communication for assigned therapeutic areas by providing strategic direction, managing publication plans, and developing a high‑performing team of writers while maintaining industry expertise and stakeholder collaboration.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of writers and similar content creation roles.
- Coach and develop team expertise in content, methods, and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (medical/scientific community) to deliver educational and communication content aligned with needs.




- Ensure adoption of new technologies to enhance content creation and delivery.
- Act as a strategic thought partner for assigned therapeutic areas within the GBU.
- Maintain deep expertise in the therapeutic area and monitor key industry trends.
- Provide input and ensure execution of publication and communication plans within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Guarantee compliance with scientific, regulatory, and quality standards across all deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement through tools, technology, and processes to boost quality and productivity.

About You
- Experience: Solid experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or academia + 2-3 years in leadership role.
- Soft and technical skills:

- People management.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
