We are looking for a Senior Project Manager specialized in content adaptation (tropicalization) and translation to lead the adaptation of campaigns and creative assets across multiple markets. They will be responsible for ensuring content is culturally and linguistically relevant while maintaining brand standards, timelines, and budgets in regional and global environments. This role works cross-functionally with creative teams, production, account management, recording studios, and language vendors to ensure efficient delivery, on-time execution,



budget control, and excellence in execution.
Responsabilidades
- Lead tropicalization and translation projects for campaigns and assets across multiple markets.
- Coordinate translation, transcreation, cultural adaptation, and localization processes for digital, ATL, BTL, and audiovisual content.
- Oversee the adaptation of graphic pieces, videos, subtitles, dubbing, and voice-over according to each country's requirements.
- Manage timelines, budgets, estimates, and cost control.
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, account, design, studio) and external vendors (translators, recording studios, voice talent).
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, usage rights, and local regulations.
- Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and manage escalations with clients or internal stakeholders.
- Guarantee linguistic and cultural quality control before final delivery.
