What you'll be doing
- Lead the import or manufacturing of finished goods, equipment, and spare parts through strategic relationships with international and intercompany suppliers, as well as other external entities.
- Develop and lead the deployment plan and execution for the market,



analyzing and reporting inventory variances within the country, and being accountable for these metrics.
- Ensure the accomplishment of critical metrics such as inventory levels, cash flow, service levels, backorder status, discard rates, and overall supply chain expenses.
- Lead communication strategies with the commercial team concerning low coverage supply issues and back-order risks, and spearhead commercial meetings to review pipelines and manage country fulfillment.
- Coordinate order management, including monitoring, tracking, and expediting inbound purchase orders (POs) as needed. Collaborate with Network Planners, general logistics, transportation, and warehousing teams to resolve short-term supply issues.
