About the Role
Head of Media Buying will lead our Media Buying Team and oversee the development, execution, and implementation of paid digital media strategies on behalf of our clients, to promote their brands, products, and services. The idóneo candidate must have a solid foundation in working with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, and understand how to manage the creation and implementation of paid digital advertisements. The candidate should display a passion for creativity, “outside of the box” thinking, self-determination, and an enthusiasm for learning and leading as key personality traits.




Our Head of Media Buying must be able to collaborate with our Media Buying Team and Marketing Coordinators and their clients on initial development and come up with a long‑term strategy that involves developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of creative assets, managing ads, developing targets, and managing the paid digital media process.
About You
- A Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads guru able to oversee and manage ads for multiple clients, for multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Can strategically develop new campaigns and edit existing campaigns on various platforms to improve conversion and performance
- Experience implementing and testing conversion tracking (Meta Pixels) and reporting on ad results is a must
- Experience managing and overseeing a team is crucial
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms
- Experience managing campaigns ranging from initial launches to seven‑figure budgets
- Highly motivated and passionate about a job well done
