What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and deliver complex projects across IT, infrastructure, or business operations
- Coordinate with stakeholders from engineering, operations, finance, and external partners to align on goals and deliverables
- Define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress and performance, keeping teams on target and making data-driven decisions
- Communicate status, roadblocks, and solutions clearly to senior leadership
- Lead change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, applying lessons from past projects to optimize future ones

Who You Are




- Experienced project manager (5+ years) preferably in tech, infrastructure, or operations
- Excellent at managing budgets, timelines, and project risk
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Resourceful, organized, and capable under pressure
- Strong communicator with fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Skilled at translating business needs into technical plans and actionable deliverables
