What you will be doing
- Lead the design and prototyping of intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces using advanced design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems in alignment with Material-UI (MUI) components and themes, ensuring design consistency and excellence.
- Develop detailed wireframes, mockups,
and interactive prototypes for sophisticated web applications, focusing on responsive design principles.
- Conduct rigorous user research and usability testing, analyzing user feedback to inform and iterate on design decisions.
- Collaborate extensively with front‑end developers, ensuring precise implementation of designs using ReactJS and Material‑UI components.
- Define, document, and uphold UI/UX standards, guidelines, and best practices within the organization.
- Create comprehensive user journey maps, personas, and scenarios to align stakeholders and guide design processes.
- Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes using responsive design principles, with a strong understanding of animations and micro‑interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI design trends while mentoring junior designers and providing guidance on design implementations.
