Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Project Engineer to execute projects within a high-end architectural fabrication facility specializing in metal, glass systems, and signage. Most large-scale projects are for major General Contractors and Construction Managers (e.g., Tishman, Turner, Lend Lease).
The adecuado candidate must be punctual, organized, and experienced in architectural metals, glass systems, signage, construction management, or mechanical engineering. This role requires strong multitasking capabilities, as multiple projects are active simultaneously.
We work on some of the largest projects in the New York metropolitan area and are looking for someone who can grow with the company and become a long-term asset.

Key Responsibilities
- Takeoff & Scheduling
- Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings
- Review scope and compare with sales orders
- Identify discrepancies or errors
- Develop project schedules and Gantt charts
- Maintain project tracking sheets
- Shop Drawings
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams
- Develop and revise shop drawings
- Manage approval process through multiple iterations
- Procurement
- Assist in estimating with senior management
- Execute material purchasing
- Samples
- Coordinate fabrication and delivery of required samples
- Ensure compliance with contract documents
