The Opportunity
The Digital Transformation Consultant is a senior advisory role responsible for diagnosing, designing, and leading end-to-end transformations across complex organizations, integrating business strategy, operating models, and technology-enabled capabilities.
This role acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating strategic ambitions into actionable transformation roadmaps and ensuring measurable value, organizational adoption, and long-term sustainability.




The position requires a strong combination of consulting mindset, systems thinking, and a solid technology background, enabling effective leadership of large-scale, multi-dimensional transformations.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead end-to-end assessments across business, processes, technology, and capabilities.
- Design “To-Be” visions, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Identify value levers across efficiency, growth, experience, and scalability.
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-level and senior leadership.
- Facilitate decision-making, prioritization, and trade-off discussions.
- Translate complex challenges into clear value-driven narratives.
- Design transformation initiatives enabled by digital, data, AI, and automation.
