Phone/Chat/Email Bilingual Sales Representative – Healthcare / Stem Cell Therapies

Role Objective
Manage inbound phone, chat, and email inquiries from prospective patients interested in stem cell therapies.
Provide clear and trustworthy information, schedule medical appointments, and close sales through persuasive, compliant communication across remote channels.
Conduct timely, structured follow-ups to drive conversions and revenue.
Key Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)— excellent phone presence and strong written English for chat/email
Proven consultative sales experience, ideally in medical, wellness, or aesthetic services
Target-driven, resilient, and disciplined in follow-up and pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
Background or training in healthcare, nursing, physiotherapy, aesthetic medicine, biotechnology, or related fields
Familiarity with medical terminology, regenerative medicine, or biological therapies




Experience selling high-value services and serving international clients via remote channels
Responsibilities (Remote Channels Only)
Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from prospects seeking stem cell treatments
Conduct needs assessments and present services, processes, pricing, and clinical details via phone/chat/email
Address objections, build trust, and convert leads into scheduled appointments
Perform timely follow-ups across remote channels to close sales
Accurately log interactions and sales activity in the CRM
Meet or exceed KPIs: conversion rate, revenue, response times, pipeline hygiene, and communication quality
