We are looking for a Pega Solution Specialist to join our General Fraud Technology team in Bogotá , supporting the Pega Smart Disputes platform . This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality Pega solutions that support fraud and dispute management initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of Pega-based solutions , following best practices and Pega guardrails.
- Support project delivery across all phases, from requirements gathering and design to post-production support .
- Act as a technical contributor within an Agile development team , participating in daily stand‑ups, estimations, demos, and reviews.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads and team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best use of Pega tools and capabilities.
- Participate in solution reviews to ensure quality, completeness, and timely delivery .
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and provide recommendations related to architecture, integrations, data models, and testing .
What You Bring
- Hands‑on experience with Pega is highly valued; however, candidates without Pega experience will be considered if they have strong Java development experience and are willing to learn Pega .
- Solid background in Java-based application development and enterprise solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments .
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and/or DB2 preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn new technologies and platforms.
