Blankfactor is looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer (TAE) to join our team. The adecuado candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to create robust testing frameworks and streamline the QA process.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium , Python , and Cypress .
- Perform API testing using Postman and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand features and ensure quality requirements are met.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA best practices.
- Document test cases, results, and maintain detailed test artifacts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in test automation using Selenium , Python , Cypress , and Postman .
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in performance testing and load testing .
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber .
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise applications.
